Mark LeMay Named President-Elect for the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI)

The International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) has elected Mark LeMay, AIA, LEED AP to serve on the Board of Directors as the 2019 President-Elect. Board members consist of leading professionals dedicated to improving the quality of repair, restoration, and protection of concrete through the education of, and communication among, the members and those who use their services. LeMay previously served as the Institute’s Vice-President and Secretary, and as a Regional Representative on the national level. He also held multiple officer and committee positions, including President, for the ICRI North Texas (NTX) Chapter, which has been recognized as an “Outstanding Chapter” of ICRI for the twelve consecutive years. His involvement with ICRI began in 2005.

LeMay is a Principal with JQ, and leads JQ’s Facility Performance Group in the evaluation of existing structures and the development of cost-effective strategies for repair, renovation, and/or restoration. With more than 40 years in the industry, his expertise includes structural concrete repairs, diagnosing moisture-related problems and restoration of historic buildings.

LeMay is a certified Concrete Surface Repair Technician (CRST). He continually shares his expertise by revising and updating technical guidelines, presenting best practices and case studies to ICRI chapters and conventions, and writing articles for ICRI’s publication, the Concrete Repair Bulletin.
