Consolidated Rental Car Facility and Parking Garage (CONRAC)

The five-level Ready/Return/Storage parking facility incorporates all support areas for upkeep, maintenance, preparation and fueling of rental car operations for approximately 1,900 vehicles. This project involved a five-level quick turnaround parking and service facility and an elevated quarter-mile roadway for easy departure from the facility. Entry into the facility is through another elevated roadway via a cast-in-place concrete structure. Vertical circulation for vehicles is provided with two cast-in-place concrete helices and a cast-in-place speed ramp that provides separation between the two facility uses.
