The 750,000 SF Butler Brothers Building was constructed in 1910 as a mercantile warehouse and sat abandoned for years until Alterra International purchased it in 2011. The renovation transformed the nine-story building into a residential and retail destination, anchored by the dual-branded Fairfield Inn/TownePlace Suites by Marriott.
