The New Student Union at Hubbard Hall houses food services, meeting rooms, retail, an auditorium, recreation space, academic, student organizations, and administrative support services. JQ’s scope included replacement of utility systems, realigning driveways and access points along Oakland Street and replacing the exterior drainage system.
