This project consisted of a single-story dining facility built on an elevated concrete slab at the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi campus. The facility accommodates up to 400 diners via multi-faceted seating arrangements, an indoor/outdoor connection, and a modified pod and preparation serving configuration that offers different menu and cuisine options to students, staff and parents. The commercial kitchen is equipped with walk-in refrigerators, a large dry-storage area and ovens with full baking capability.
