Webb Chapel Park Pavilion

City of Dallas

Designed under a program created by the City of Dallas Parks and Recreation Department to develop architecturally significant park pavilions to enhance neighborhood amenities, Webb Chapel Park Pavilion was designed by Cooper Joseph Studio in association with Quimby McCoy Preservation Architecture. The pavilion was constructed with board-formed cast-in-place concrete with a dramatic cantilevered roof structure to provide unencumbered views of the adjacent sports fields and playgrounds. Conical ceiling structures provide natural ventilation in response to the hot Texas climate.
