This project consisted of an assessment of an original single-story, 18,700 SF sub-courthouse constructed in 1980. Based on the assessment and the growing needs of the Tarrant County community, JQ determined that renovation and expansion of the building was not practical. Tarrant County decided to design and construct a new, two-story, 48,000 SF facility with below-grade parking on the same site as the original building.
