This new one-story, 17,800 SF library features a historical museum focusing on Mount Pleasant and Titus County, Texas. It contains interactive displays such as a Caddo grass hut, a Civil War camp and a log cabin. Construction consisted of a structural-steel superstructure, a concrete slab-on-grade ground floor and concrete footing foundation.
