John serves JQ’s infrastructure group as a Senior Project Manager in Houston. He has more than 16 years of experience related to water and wastewater projects — including experience with design and detailing, coordination with related disciplines, production of contract documents, development of construction budgets, and construction administration. He oversees conditions assessments, evaluation and rehabilitation of existing structures, and design of new structures at water, wastewater and lake facilities.

What made you want to become an engineer: I originally had an interest in designing roller coasters. Then reality hit during college and I realized I was more suited for static structural designs and civil engineering.
