What’s the greatest risk you have ever taken: Paragliding in Switzerland

What are you most passionate about in your profession? Engaging women in the A/E/C fields via mentorship relationships, networking, equality and engagement opportunities, and support groups. Women can become very competitive in male-dominated environments, and I want to create a culture of teamwork and support in our industry that supersedes that.

I’m also passionate about engaging young people to enter A/E/C fields and have been involved with ACE Mentoring since 2005.
