Billy has a diverse background in structural engineering that spans 41 years. His comprehensive knowledge and experience in a wide variety of project types — including infrastructure, municipal, institutional and commercial — give him the depth of expertise to serve as JQ’s Engineering Technical Lead. In that role, he provides Quality Assurance | Quality Control across a range of projects. Billy also works closely with project team members and ensures that what is designed can be efficiently built.
