Description:
Modifications of eighteen existing square primary and secondary clarifiers
to increase capacity and reduce maintenance. Proposal improvements
include elimination
of corner sweeps, improved scum removal, replacement of skimmers, installation
of Sanford baffles, and installation of new spiral scrapers.
