Interdisciplinary Research and Education Building

University of North Texas Health Science Center

Aimed to enhance the growth of clinical and translational research, the Interdisciplinary Research and Education Building houses and supports the UNT System College of Pharmacy, the TCU and UNTHSC School of Medicine, and the North Texas Eye Research Institute. The building focuses on collaborative space and education for both students and the community. The Healthcare Innovations Lab and Patient Safety Lab are both encased in glass and exposed to campus and visitors. The largest building on campus also includes wet and dry research laboratories, a vivarium, classrooms, seminar rooms, multimedia learning, and associated student spaces.
