The Central Utility Plant for the new Parkland Memorial Hospital Campus. The Central Utility Plant houses the steam generation system including boilers, chiller plant, energy management control center, fire protection system, including fire pump, diesel-powered emergency generators, utility distribution for the campus, switchgears for electrical systems and all associated equipment and materials required by the systems above. The CUP will provide utilities for the entire campus which includes 1,937,000 SF hospital located on approximately 64-acres.
