The restoration and rehabilitation of the historic 1932 Potter County Courthouse. Modifications to the 58,000 SF building include restoration of the building façade, interior restoration, integration of new MEP, fire alarm, fire sprinkler and technology systems, installation of new egress stairs to meet life-safety requirements in the building, adaptations necessary to meet ADA requirements, and other work outlined in the Building and Program Analysis describing work approved and funded by the Texas Historical Commission under the Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program (THCPP). In addition, the courthouse square was restored and updated to create a more pedestrian friendly environment.
