New Courthouse and Jail
Built out in four phases, the courthouse and jail in Bell County, Texas, includes a three-story district courts facility, a 450-bed county jail, and an annex building that connects to existing detention structures on the 95-acre site. The project also involved a new secure entryway and a built-out basement for inmate transfer. Several years later, the courthouse added a two-story, 80,000 SF expansion to the east side of the rotunda.
