JQ served as the structural engineer under Bennett Benner Pettit working in conjunction with Bing Thom Architects to design a new campus for the Tarrant County College District housing the Allied Health Program. The new campus consists of two multi-level buildings carved into the south side of the Trinity River, oriented to take advantage of the dramatic vistas along the historic Fort Worth bluff. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art medical training equipment for the Allied Health Program and include a “L.I.V.E.” Hospital, complete with radiographic and respiratory labs, patient simulation, physical therapy rooms, and a variety of labs and classrooms specific to healthcare training.
