Town of Prosper

This three-story, 53,000 SF town center houses Prosper’s Town Hall, a municipal court and a library. The red brick building features a Georgian Colonial design to match the rest of the historic downtown. Structural systems include drilled pier foundations, a structured concrete slab-on-void ground floor, and a structural steel and CMU superstructure. This project supports a taller lighthouse/clock tower structure that rises above the roof and can be seen from miles away.
