The renovation of a renowned magnet high school for the arts, situated adjacent to the downtown Dallas Arts District. Established in 1922, this five-story architectural gem was painstakingly restored and expanded to serve approximately one thousand students and faculty with more communal and private work spaces. This restoration project preserved the site's original structures while providing additional infrastructure to support expansion for new generations of arts students. This project was voted Texas Construction Magazine's Best K-12 Education Project.
