AMLI Downtown integrates the flavor of Austin’s 2nd Street District with contemporary living quarters. A mixed-use property, the seven-story building features 45,000 SF of first floor retail and restaurant space, with 220 residences above. The design incorporates modern urban architecture and two levels of parking below ground to accommodate 400 vehicles. The courtyard, located above the street level retail and parking level, features a recessed swimming pool. Each apartment includes a balcony and upgraded finishes, such as sealed concrete floors.
