Description:
The project consisted of structural and architectural repairs to the existing four-level structure as well as a vertical expansion of two parking levels. The expansion levels were constructed of precast, prestressed concrete with various cast-in-place concrete as necessary to assist compatibility between the new and old structures. Along with the required guardrail, additional metal screening was utilized to improve the overall appearance of the structure.
