The buildings to be located at the Retreat Center include a General Assembly Building, four smaller Assembly Buildings, an outdoor amphitheater and pavilion, four overnight facilities, a lodge for visiting dignitaries, a maintenance building, a steward's house, and recreational sports fields. Civil engineering services for the site will include access roads, parking lots, utilities, hiking trails, and sports fields.
